Do not do business here. It’s worth the drive to find another location. I paid over 700 to have two packages overnight and two return labels generated and shipped with said packages. The packages never arrived the following day as scheduled, so I called UPS Corporate and was told they were never picked up from the location in Royal Palm Beach. I lost business because of this (the return labels were intended to have items shipped back which were not, due to their mishap) and the store has accepted no responsibility. I received a call from a woman at the store who was very rude and condescending while trying to clear her name, and the name of their store. I’m more inclined to believe their corporate office in telling me the package was never picked up in time, as all packages are scanned upon pickup and this one was not. Do not do not do not give this location your business. If you have an issue, they are totally unwilling to accept responsibility.

This UPS store is truly the best. I’ve been to a few different locations and this one is my favorite. The manger and the staff are always so friendly and ready to help. Thank you for being so bright and uplifting in such a dark time.

Every person who works at this store is knowledgable, competent, efficient and eager to help. I go out of my way to go to Store 4096 bc the staff is extremely pleasant. I often tip to let them know their excellent customer service is appreciated listed.
