I only ship packages from this store! The staff are friendly, competent and FAST. Even if the line is long, the owner is expedient, and the line disappears. I found out that UPS shipping from this Eldersburg store uses a different shipping hub (processed thru Frederick) whereas the Westminster UPS processes thru the Sparks shipping hub. My packages to Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina arrive a day earlier!

I received a pre-paid label from Target, but I needed to drop the item off at the UPS Store. I went in to ask if they could scan and print the label for me. They refused and told me I could print it on their computer for 3. Sure it’s only 3, but it’s the principal. There was no reason to charge me to print a label for a package being shipped by their company. I will never use them for a package I need to ship in the future. I will give my money to someone else. Horrible customer service. Additional information added 10/23/19: I am adding to my review because it does not allow me to reply to the laughable response from “management”. Charging people to print stuff is completely acceptable. Charging a customer to print a UPS label at the UPS Store is flat out bad customer service. Simple as that. Not recognizing that this is poor customer service should be another red flag to anyone thinking of going there.

I highly recommend this store, since the new owners took over. The service is more friendly and personable than ever before. I've had a PO Box here for years due to the convenient location. There has been a BIG difference under the new ownership. The store has never looked more professional and organized, and the service is outstanding. Kudos to the new owners!
