Thankfully I was able to catch my package delivered to the WRONG door when my very pricey package clearly had my apartment number on the tracking sticker! I don’t pay shipping for this kind of BS to happen I gave correct directions and the apartment numbers are very big and clear. Dissatisfied!

Lady working in the Casa Grande store was nice, but, she had problems spelling or typing. She kept spelling the street address wrong and the UPS system couldn't find the address. Finally, after a few attempts she typed the street name correctly. Then the package was delayed because she put the wrong apt number on package. SO UPS in California had to look up the recipients address and confirm the correct apt #, delaying the package So, when the package was suppose to be there Thursday, it won't get there until Monday, All because the lady that works in the UPS store didn't type the apt# correctly.
