I go to this store very often - at least twice a week, and always get an excellent service. But today, to my surprise, it was an awful experience. So bad that I have to walk out of the store without giving them the business. I don't want to write the name of the young associate who not only lacks customer service skills but also doesn't know how to speak politely. I even have to ask her if she is new so I can help her (because even I know the whole process) after her so many mistakes she even never said sorry for her service, which was way below the average. Owner, are you reading this? I'll give another chance to your store, and hope not to have the repeat of this.

they really want to charge you 6 bucks now when you want to reroute a package here instead of your house because I'll be at work. If anything, it should make the drivers job easier because Im sure he's already stopping here to unload a bunch of packages at the start of his route. FedEx does not charge for this. Very disappointed. They wanted to charge me an extra 20 bucks for trying to ship a package compared to the post office so now i really have no reason to ever come here. Do what makes sense but it appears there none of that here anymore
Customer service is horrible. No assistance whatsoever and chris has no people skills at all.
I experienced discrimination as a customer of UPS today. More disturbing was the rudeness and disrespect by two young employees. It is discriminatory toward those who cannot wear a mask, due to health conditions, to not offer alternative means of service. When I said I couldn't wear a mask, the young employee said "well then I can't serve you" and she moved away from the counter and started talking with another employee behind the counter. I was shocked at the absolute disregard especially when another young man decided it was his duty to tell me that I was on private property. If this was a law, all storefronts would be operating the same way. I have been to other stores that served me as a customer in alternative ways. No business has had the audacity to be completely dismissive and discriminatory. It is also an example of youth that have no business working with the public and a company that has done nothing to teach them before standing them at a counter!
Amazing customer service! When there was a problem with my out of state delivery Beth called me and followed up until all was happily resolved. It is great to have someone who cares so much as to follow up and keep me updated for multiple days. Thank you so much for going the extra mile!

This is the second time I have posted a priority letter, paid a hefty price, and it never arrived after tracking for many days. When I called the UPS store on Carnelian, Alta Loma and complained, the manager said "your not getting your money back!" I told another UPS store clerk you're losing me as a customer, and he replied, "That's all right." I had to call my bank to stop payment on a check I sent in the letter, after I received a late notice call from a bank. I had to pay another fee to pay by phone. I do not recommend them or their attitude
