DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!! I tried to do an Amazon return & I had numerous small items in two separate boxes but only one QR code for the store to scan. The associate, who clearly hates his job, then told me that he was going to have to transfer the items into one large box in order to ship them out. He then tried to charge me 13 for the box and when I showed him the email from Amazon that states “ show the QR code to the associate at the UPS store who will scan, PACK, & ship your return for free” he then told me “no, that is from Amazon not UPS. When I told him I’ve never had to pay to have items transferred into one package he told me I was wrong and that I could either pay or get out. It is obvious to me that this store is attempting to double dip and get paid from both Amazon and the customers. Since I was on my lunch break and I only have 30 minutes I decided to leave because there was already a line of about 7 to 10 people waiting. Clearly the store does not care about its reputation or about customer service. I am not going to share the name of this young man, but he was rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and extremely snide. I suggest you take a bit further of a drive and go to a different UPS store where the associates care about their customers and are not complete morons who think that customers are the morons. The store does not deserve the one star I am providing them,They don’t even deserve a half a star. Worst customer service experience ever

Would give 0 stars if I could. I placed an order online for some quick printing - I had a document about 140 pages that I needed printed. I checked out online, the total was 19.00, I received a confirmation number, and I was told it would be ready later that day. I receive a call from the UPS Store in Enfield saying that their online order system does not work, but that they were notified of my order. We discussed over the phone, and I emailed my document over for printing. I provided all of the same information that I had entered online. Not a problem. When I arrived at the store, not only was my order printed incorrectly, but it also cost 48!! Absolutely ridiculous. The associate refused to do anything about it, stating that it was not her fault that the online order system does not work.
Linda at the UPS Store (#716) is one very special person. Our son has no internet and no transportation to get to your store to return his Christmas presents we sent him. We will be mailing him the shipping labels we printed off here in NC, and he will need to get to your store to return them. When Linda heard that he was walking, she filled me in on the bus option from his location right to your location. She was caring and informative going above and beyond the call of duty, and was a delight to speak to. Thank you so very much. UPS service is always good to us but appreciate the extra mile service Linda provided. Dana Falardeau
If purchasing items from Golden Gavel expect wait times of 1 month or longer. Some of my items also arrived damaged due to poor packaging. I also think that their prices are much higher than they should be. A bright spot is Danielle, who tries her best to help in whatever way she can.

Pleasant when I was in there. They lost my package, called UPS and they told me to reach out to the store and the lady was so rude and unprofessional.
Scheduled an appointment yesterday at 2 in the afternoon to have someone notarize a document required for school. The appointment was made for 4 pm today but when I got there, the notary had already left for the day. The clerk at the desk told me that since I made the appointment online and not over the phone, the computer doesn't let them know about new appointments that were made. I am not upset at the notary for leaving or at the clerk for being unable to help me past pointing me to the nearest bank that could possibly notarize, I'm upset because if this is a known problem, which according to the clerk it is, then shouldn't someone fix the system so this doesn't keep happening? Or maybe someone should check the computer daily for any new appointments? Luckily the bank was able to help me and i got my document notarized but, I'm not thrilled at all with UPS currently.
Very rude and unprofessional !!!! I would rather drive 10 miles than go back there.
