Service was extremely helpful and kind. Quick, painless process of moving two large boxes out of state. Pricing is always very reasonable and shipping is always quick. Would recommend UPS for all shipping needs.

Nuts!!!! My wife received a cardboard sales aid for work that was packed at your store. Packed in a big box with LOTS of packaging peanuts. It just took me 20 minutes to wrangle these foam nuts and fill a leaf bag so I could put them in the trash. This might be an easy way for you to package items but not so easy for your customers, definitely not easy on the environment. Please reconsider your packing practices. Now these poor nuts are on their way to the dump :(
Very nice and helpful. All masks and social distancing, and I was appreciative of the policy of no more than 5 customers in the store due to COVID. Both employees who helped me were very polite and helpful. Another customer was loudly yelling and arguing with a staff member, and I thought they handled it well considering the circumstances. It seems a lot of the negative feedback is more associated with Amazon return policy and not store policy.
Sick of the post office so have been going here. Impressed me they advised to use Speedee Delivery (still through UPS) instead of UPS proper to get something to a rural area. That was kind of them!
We had to ship skis out at the last minute and used the third party..it was confusing and difficult but the team at the Middleton UPS store was a godsend! They went way above and beyond normal customer service and totally saved the day! Can’t say enough good stuff about them!!!

Slow customer service. Only one person attending customers. More staff were on site but chosing not to assist. Disappointing
Stood waiting for one of the two attendants to wait on me without so much as a I'll be with you in a moment or better yet, set the package you're working on aside and wait on the person that is actually physically in the store. A waste of time, will not return and would highly recommend going to any of the other stores. After about 10 minutes watching the one attendance slowly pack a box, I left.
