The guy who runs the place is Armenian so of course everyone who works there is also Armenian. He was a crotchety old man who had no basic computer skills and neither did his staff. One older lady just kept walking around like she was giving out invisible free samples. I suggested twice he take a class on computer literacy and was ignored both times. He should hire his staff based on their qualifications, not simply because they are Armenian. There was a line going out the door and not for a good reason. I will never return!

I needed a document notarize with two witnesses needed. Nobody else around the neighborhood could manage it. The gentlemen took care of the notarization right away, and the two other ladies who work there acted as witnesses. A small charge was added for the Witnessing service, but it was minor compared to the timely service from everyone. My new go-to for notary services, now that my previous notary retired.

Went to go get my fingerprints and it was a smooth and easy process. Akbar was very nice and helpful and was guiding me through the process so I knew what was going on. A bit pricey but honestly I don’t mind as I’ll be reimbursed for it anyway. Highly recommend getting your fingerprint live scans done here.

Have used this store before. Employees were nice enough originally but I’ll never come back now. They refused to do a standard Amazon return without having separate labels and boxes for a QR scan return, even though that is Amazon’s return policy with USP Stores.
