This UPS Store is fantastic!! All the staff are super helpful and share their shipping expertise so wonderfully. Special shout out to Doug for being extra terrific. Can’t say enough good things about how grateful I am to have found this excellent UPS store.

Beyond excellent service I received from Al today. He was such a huge help. I went to the post office to ship my box being that I work for them I wanted to support. They were MISERABLE & all around TERRIBLE so I decided to go to UPS down the street from my house & what a difference! This will be my new shipping location! I appreciate the great service! Thank you Al!
I had a package sent here for my daughter and these folks could not have been more accommodating or Nicer. I suggest anyone with any shipping needs go here because you will be very well taken care of.
last night I just had a horrible experience with one of the employees. I didn’t get a name but if he ever gets to read this he’ll know who he is. From the beginning he came all the way from the back saying things like “Let me guess, Amazon return?” Nobody said anything and I just thought he was trying to be funny but when it was finally my turn and asked that one simple question, he went on to say things in such a mocking tone “boohoo poor you” “you see all these boxes” “your in a ups store”. I felt mocked, he was being so rude about it. It’s just yes or no. I never really had the need to return things from Amazon so I didn’t know how things worked. I just asked if they did the packaging for Amazon. He mocked me and he was rude towards me. Awful, no matter how good he is at he’s job, that’s not how you treat costumers at all or “joke” like that. I’m sorry but for treating people like that he should be fired. There are many reviews with similar experiences from this place, it just shows the kind of person who’s working in there.
When a business treats their customers with rudeness and disrespect; don't give them a second chance. Their Black (Al, I think is his name) employee tried to impose their packaging services on me when I clearly told him I was going to package my products and I only needed a box and label with insurance. Their staff insisted on packing my products "because they are highly priced and if I package it, their insurance won't cover it if I do the packaging ". The man when on to insist declining my request, left the counter and exited the store cursing. The manager only tried to dismiss the behavior of his employee, not reprimand his behavior. Finally I asked for my money and left with my child. No one should have to go through this. If I could give them a zero I would. That was the second time and the LAST someone was rude to me in that UPS store.
