Excellent customer service. Only problem I've ever had was this store is it never honors it's open hours. At least on 3 occasions it was closed when it was supposed to be open. Noone ever answers the phone, no sign for the reason it's closed when it's not even a holiday. I always end up just going to an Amazon hub in another town because I don't even want to take a chance and waste gas going over there.

Had to go in there today and this place is very slow in assisting customers and not very friendly at all. In addition the store is very small and none of the employees in this store were controlling nor coordinating social distancing. The place started getting packed and no one was concerned with COVID-19.

Excellent. I've been using UPS stores on a daily basis since 2007, and I've had some not-so-great customer service experiences, but These people are simply there to help you quickly and politely and move on to the next customers. It's clean, it's new looking inside, and the employees stay, they don't have any turnover. Thankful for the people that run this place.

They always provide excellent customer service. Even during COVID-19, they're still willing to go above and beyond in servicing this community. I've never had a problem with them. They take care of everything; if you're returning an item and aren't sure of which Amazon package (bag or huge box) to use- they will let you know, will tape up the package AND dispose of the unneeded cardboard box- without any inconvenience to them. They make it so easy each time I visit this location. They're awesome!

I shipped a package back to Amazon and the package was lost, I needed to talk to someone in the store, they would not pick up the phone. I tried communicating with them via e-mail and requested that they give me call their response was " I will try and call you later" never received the call back. Poor customer service, how they stay in business is unbelievable.

I came into this location because it was the closest to my work. it is actually open later than most UPS stores which was convenient. I had to return two Amazon items. I was assisted immediately and the gentleman was very friendly. He also taped one of my packages up. Since the UPS stores are franchises it is critical to have excellent customer service to stand out from the crowd. The store has gone above and beyond and met that expectation.

EXTREMELY RUDE! I walked in and was not greeted. Then the guy scanned my items and handed me a receipt so I assumed I was good to go and just as I begun to walk away he informed me that there was fee so I paid, but was not thanked or anything. No basic customer service skills or even manners.

This place was dirty the guy was coughing he was rude told me to go figure out my own question I had for him I told him I need his help he said he couldn't help me I told him I dont understandhow this works. I have a Amazon return he yelled at me told me to go to the side and figure it out
