I absolutely love this store and their employees. They are efficient and very professional. I have never waited too long because they keep the line moving. I came in today and my return slip printed out too large. They instantly rectified the problem so I did not have to make a return trip to the store. The worker emailed my return slip to her email and printed out a new slip. Everyone behind the counter was engaged in the process and did not seem bothered by my mistake. I swear this is the best example of customer service on every level. Bravo!!!!!!! You definitely earned all 5 stars. I am a repeat customer and this service is a constant. Keep doing what you are doing! Thank you!

The young man working there needs customer service training. He acted as though he couldn't scan my items separately so I'm sure there will be some problem with Amazon.

Needed to ship some shoes to StockX. Christine was super helpful. She was very knowledgeable . She even helped me print out the invoices, pick the correct boxes,taped the boxes up and applied the shipping labels. If you need to ship to StockX GOAT or any other shoe reseller, ask for Christine!

I have used this store to send packages during the week and everyone is super helpful - but I went in on a weekend to set up a PO Box and the service from the shift manager Lisa Was TERRIBLE! After asking a few questions she literally said the words to me “Shut your mouth.” Unbelievable. Fortunately another nice young man named Kevin was super helpful which is the only reason they’re getting even one star. Kevin, thank you. Lisa, I hope whatever was upsetting you gets better.

Very courteous staff & quick once you get inside. The time that I arrived at the UPS Store seemed like the same time that everyone else had the idea to go there...Lol. Everyone practiced appropriate social distancing & mask wearing. No complaints about waiting outside, as it became a busy time inside the small store. I'm very happy that the store was open & handling Amazon returns....that's why I needed to go there. I'm certain that they conducted all of their other business activities too.
