I went in there on Friday and there was a man in front of me trying to return his Amazon packages. He was clearly not technologically savvy and the store clerk was getting really annoyed because he couldn't find the Q code. He finally left. I had my package mailed and I left. I had the occasion to go back in a minute or two later and they were talking and laughing about the customer, saying derogatory comments. I was horrified. Extremely unprofessional.

Our company has rented a PO Box from this location for several years now and everyday I am greeted with a smile and courteous service that goes beyond the normal. Loading my car with heavy packages, meeting me at the counter with my mail. The friendly conversation about our days. Thank you guys and gals.

Just had a packaged delivered and the box was barely recognizable when it got to my family’s house. They take poor care of shipment and the inside service is not too friendly. This will be the last time I ever use UPS!!

Useless, Important overnight Insulin needed , packed and given to UPS , paid a fortune and they forgot to ship them :-(
