Dropped a package to this location in person around July. Used their own tape. Handed the box to the person in charge. Box has not yet arrived to the destination. The tracking number has not even got checked into the system. Approximately 3 months later the package still lost. ---------------- UPDATE/oct.2020: It was confirmed by an employee at this ups location that the box I dropped in person was received into the system, according to their computer, but it seems as it never left the location, employee said that this box can't be track or trace. In other words is officially lost. I also have proof that this box was dropped at this location this day: Friday@11:10am Date: 12/Jun/2020 Carrier trk# 1Z2EX9089098158595 This are plain facts. Too bad. It is interesting that the store management has added a follow-up note to this review suggesting me to give them a call. Well, I have personally call this store multiple times. So far, out of more than 10 calls I have made on different days, my ring has been forwarded to a voicemail that is full. (One time someone answered their phone device, and although I could hear their business sounds, there was no one on the phone. Sounds random.) I guess maybe these sort of things show why the BOX I shipped through this store got lost there. Anyways. Lesson learned.

5 Stars for the excellent service. My printer jammed and I needed some things printed out for work. After getting annoyed at the UPS Store on Euclid I came here. Stephanie, the new manager at this location, is the bomb. She got my 20 pages of paperwork printed scanned and e-mailed to me with no issues. The price for scanning is high, but I'm just glad someone was around that could do it right since I was in a time crunch.

I came to drop off some pre-labeled boxes. The owner or manager or whatever their position is was publically dressing down an employee over something trivial. My advice to the employee, get a new job. My advice to the manager, you’ll find you’ll have better employees if you don’t treat them poorly in front of customers.

Absolutely horrible service! I wanted to use their notary services. I called and confirmed the price and availability over the phone. I showed up and was told that the notary had to go to a meeting and wait or come back 1.5 hrs later. What a joke. Never coming back.
