Excellent customer service! I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, their use of face masks, their ability to notarize documents and fast service. They are often very busy, but they have 3-4 spots open and staffed at the counter, so wait times are never very long. It is my “go to” place to ship things! I am grateful that we have this store in Kerrville.

I mail a package every month and other mail, and always have the guys pack them. They are just wonderful. They are friendly, efficient and always professional. I will never go anywhere else as they make it a pleasure. I never have to wait long, line moves very quickly. Great team

I can't say enough good things about this place. I live in Houston and needed help overnighting some medical information. The owner recommended someone there in Kerrville that could pick up the records for me and deliver them to the UPS store. Once there, the owner bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect and that I got the best price. The UPS store where I live would never go that extra mile nor would they try to find the best price for me. I was so impressed and so very very grateful!
