Not sure how to feel about this store. I was there earlier today some time at 3 and it seems like bad management having one girl on a busy weekend work the registers by herself. Props to the girl, line was out the door and the girl was working as fast as she could.

Excellent customer service! I am an avid customer and no matter what time of day I am always greeted with a professional and friendly demeanor. The staff goes out of their wAy to assure you are satisfied with their service. People can be rude and nasty and the staff maintains their professionalism. Highly recommended this location.

Pay 10x more for the service and even more at the time of delivery. Staff pathetic don't even say hi. My package got stuck for 20 days and I emailed so many times but no answer from the store. USPS is the best. These guys are a big cheat

Rude and unprofessional workers, but probably not their fault, If not properly trained for customer relations. Few encounters and each time the same dismissive behavior. Will be looking for another store.

Wonderful service. I have been using them for over a year. Constantly sending and receiving packages Allways on time. I would highly recommend them.

Very rude, lost my package twice and told me to never send packages to there store anymore when I started to argue with them. Definitely recommend anyone picking up a package to go to a different UPS location.
