Every single time I've been here the employees been super helpful. I literally went in today to return a Verizon Fios router and the guy took care of it and I asked the guy about it and he said "we get these all the time, see?(he points to the customer that just entered)" and I swear I'm not making this up, a guy comes in with 2 verizon fios routers of the same type. They're so damn helpful, it's unreal.

They lost my return! I've been using this UPS branch for years, but not anymore. In January they lost my Amazon return and I ended up being charged again for the item by Amazon. They have no trace of it despite scanning the QR code provided by Amazon when I dropped off the return. Not sure what happened, but it's not ok.

I've been to this UPS store two times and both occasions have been terrible. The first time, I packed a box and taped it but was a little lose and could use some more tape. There was a guy there, a little on the heavy side, he told me he couldn't ship it as it need more tape. I asked him if he could put some of the store tape and he said no. I ended up buying a whole tape. The second time I returned, there was a customer that didn't tape their package and he said don't worry I'll tape it. So what is it? He picks people he likes and treats them accordingly? I found that unprofessional. Also on the second visit, I was returning an Amazon item and had a scan code. The same guy told me I needed to pay for packing because it was a "big" item. It was a backpack. He told me about some supposedly new rule where we now had to package our own items. I referenced the code where it clearly stated UPS would package and ship for free and he didn't do that. I went to a different UPS store, they scan the code and shipped my item...NO PROBLEM. This guy is incompetent and rude. If you ever go to this store, I hope he's having a good day since his customer service depends on his mood.

Super fast! Store was a little busy but the ladies inside quickly scanned my package and I was on my way! My last visit to UPS was way different than this location, definitely will come back here when i need to.

Last time I went to this location I had a young man helping me and he was very nice, scanned my Amazon label, and told me I could pay to have my order packaged for me. Today I went in again expecting that sort of service, but was not aware that I had to print a label instead of simply scanning it. The woman helping me was rude because I did not know this, and also told me I would have to package it myself, contradicting her old coworker from my last visit. I don't normally give bad reviews but honestly the way she acted was very rude and condescending, and I left feeling kind of humiliated. Not going back to this location.
