I enjoy the convenience of having The UPS Store in Queen Creek to handle all my important mail and packages. It's secure, safe and waiting for me to pick up. But they are more than just a mailbox! I have them handle all my printing needs, flyers, post cards, and business cards as well. Professional and friendly staff, and Suki the owner is so very technically savvy when it comes to marketing.

Suki at the Queen Creek store really did a great job. A friend brought a heavy vintage stereo in for shipping to me. Suki discussed charges including packaging with me and we took care of everything on the phone. The stereo arrived in perfect condition with very adequate and nicely done packaging. Thanks a lot for the great service!

Last week I shipped two pieces of equipment for repair via overnight 1 day air that was extremely expensive. The UPS Store packed it all and charged me for it. I asked to see it be packed and they told me the girls who do their packing weren’t coming in until later that morning. When my equipment arrived at the repair shop the power cables were not placed in the boxes.
