awful. doesn't answer the phone and their delivery drivers will deliver all your packages no problem without someone answering the door except for when you actually need the item. then you'll have to go pick it up. ridiculous! if it doesn't say signature required the package should be left. i paid delivery fees for a reason.

I don't know if the cashier was being rude or just oblivious. I walk into the store with 4 prepaid next day air packages to be shipped off. The line is long and only one person is working so I decide not to wait for a receipt and just drop the packages off. I walk to the front and announce that I have four next day air drop offs and ask if it is ok to leave on the counter. The cashier tells me to place my packages on the wall in the corner next to their retail display which is feet away from the counter. My packages would of been at risk of being stolen had I placed them where the cashier instructed. This store does not understand that customers should be provided a secure dropoff. Think twice before purchasing a mailbox, I wonder how do they treat fedex dropoffs.

I was in the store to drop off packages for Christmas last week. There were 2 employees working a young man who helped us and a young lady who was busy throwing peoples packages around like she was playing basket ball or something show zero respect for the packages she was charged with delivering for peoples Christmas. Im sure stuff like this happens in the warehouses and airport where packages are handled, but to sit there in a store full of customers throwing packages around with out a ounce of respect for our stuff is certainly disappointing.

The staff here are great! Just take your gifts there and they’ll box them up for you to ship. Love this place.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. It has been well over a month since I used this store to ship a package next day guaranteed. The package was delivered 3 days later. I went to this store to get a refund because it was not delivered in the amount of time that I desired, the worked called the manager and let her know, the manager then assured me that she would start a claim for me to get my refund in 7-10 business days. After about 3 weeks, I called to check on the status of my claim, no one answered the phone. I went to the store the next day and the manager assured me that she had done the claim and was waiting on corporate to release the funds. A week later, I checked back and she said the exact same thing. So later that week I called corporate because it was getting out of hand. The corporate office let me know that the manager of the store had never done the claim but they had just put one in for me. I have tried to get in contact with this store manager numerous times but she is never there whenever I go and she has her workers telling lies for her. I have also called and left voicemails but they never return my calls.

1st they are under staffed 2nd they need to train they’re workers correctly bc no one should have to wait 39 mins and had been there soon as they opened all bc she don’t know how to change a date in the computer just ridiculous and the manager is NEVER there to help these young ppl, I’ll drive to Newnan and get quicker service than waiting there all day

I went in to ship a package and none of the staff was wearing masks and one lady was snuffling and sneezing while she assisted elderly patients. Their lines are always very long so you are forced to stay in the store's small area, increasing your chances of infection. It's a shame that the store does not care about its customers' safety.
