I have been going to this store for a long time. Owner of this store Andy is a very nice man. When he is at store, he goes an extra mile to help the customers. He accommodated my requests multiple times like taking my packages around close time, helping me with package wrapping etc. at no extra cost. Never seen any other UPS, FedEx store people like him.

As an Amazon seller, we try to be able to repurpose returned items. The way this was labeled to ship back to Amazon was completely unacceptable and completely ruined the product. Normally we donate returned products, but sadly this makes it unusable and will need to be sent to the landfill. We are an environmentally responsible company and try to keep things out of the landfill. This totally ruins that because someone was lazy and couldn’t put it in a box. Instead the UPS store employee stuck a sticky adhesive label on the bamboo wood product itself and threw it on a truck?!

I’ve been to this store many times for my Amazon returns. The owner, Andy, is a very nice man and always makes you feel welcome and quickly helps you with what you need. I recommend going to this UPS store for your shipping needs!

Very long wait all the time, only one person working at the register. Others are there doing something else. There was a time I spent @25 min to drop my packages off. Could have provided better service, I go to another location and they are always quick. Also went for the passport pictures and the person didn’t know what he was doing. I had to train him to take passport pix and apparently he was training someone else.

I have been going to this UPS store since it has been opened and have zero complaints. The store manager along with his staff are extremely caring. They treat each one of us with respect and truly care for us. From notary to printing to a simple drop off they make sure we understand every part of the process. 10/10 would recommend this UPS store over any other I have gone to. Andy is the best!!

We went to this store today for notary and shipping overseas, they were about to close but the manager was more than happy to help, also seemed very knowledgeable on the power of attorney documents I needed to notarize and send. Excellent work and very professional staff!
