This is a decent location for UPS. The staff is friendly and efficient. This is one of the local UPS stores I use to drop off packages. Getting in and out is easy at this store, even with social distancing norms. The parking lot is a bit of a pain since it is always busy here. And it took me a few visits to navigate directly to the store. Store is generally clean and well organized.

I have used this UPS service countless times [more than 100 times] for over 7 years. They are outstanding. Totally honest. Have repackaged innumerable items for me and shipped it. Everything they do is fabulous. I was prompted to write because I noted the haters {seriously some of you people have issues}. I have tried the UPS near Montgomery Mall and while they are competent they are not as NICE. The staff at this store are so nice. You should ship it from here. I have also used all the Fedex stores in Bethesda and North Bethesda who also do a fine job but it always seems to take longer. I have never been any place that makes it easier to ship items.

Great UPS store, I've always done my Amazon Prime returns here with no problem. Just print the amazon return code or show it to them on your phone and you'll be in and out in 30 seconds. All of the negative reviews are beyond me...I have not once had a bad experience here...

I've been using the UPS store in the Potomac Village mall for about 20 years. I'm completely mystified by the myriad of negative reviews posted about them, because my experience with this store has been uniformly positive. The personnel are friendly, their service is prompt and efficient, and I have never had a package go astray... People complain that it's hard to find. Maybe that's an intelligence test...

Worst UPS store ever. Showed up with a package to return. Was told I could not send package in a USPS box with a UPS label on it. When asked why, was told USPS does not allow other carrier services to ship there boxes And also stated that I didn’t pay for USPS box as well. When I told her to provide literature/documentation of this policy she refused and could not provide it. Spoke with several people at corporate UPS was told the box does not matter if it is from another carrier as long as there is a UPS label on it. Asked to file a complaint and was told UPS stores are independently owned and corporate can’t really do anything about this misinformation they are telling customers.

The front desk person is rude unprofessional and has no customer service skills. She always mess up my returns and when I bring it to her attention she tu orally dismiss my frustration and never apologizes. She had been doing the same mistakes and over again. This time I am taking the time to provide feedback. She needs to be trained.

The worst ups ever! It was my first time and last time visiting this location! Very rude and impolite! Does not know anything about customer service and complaining while doing their jobs!! I can’t believe such places still exist in this area!!
