Great staff that really know their business. They helped me package a monitor for service. They made me a custom box so that it wouldn't get damaged and ensured it would arrive in good condition. Really appreciate the help.

I use this as a drop off for prepaid UPS packages only. My experience with my 30 second interaction is 3 star at best. And I always thought it was me until I read the reviews lol.

I go there because it is the only store close enough but the older gentleman who I assume is the owner or the manager is one of the most unfriendly, rude people I have encountered. Today there was no one in the store except me and he did nothing but complain about how I should have filled out something before I came to the store (there was nothing to fill out--absolutely nothing as it was a return with free shipping and a preprinted label. Then he didn't like how large the label was. I brought my own boxes, which I didn't have to do. I don't know what his problem is, but he is always rude. PS. I am always polite. For those who say you just have to be friendly to him perhaps you are getting him on a good day. I always greet him, say please and thank you. What I don't expect is to be chastised. I'm a customer, not your employee. I can't imagine working for this man. So far his wife and son seem OK, business-like but not unfriendly.

They take Amazon returns without the need to repackage items. It took 2 seconds for the woman's to scan my code from Amazon and I was done.

This must be the only UPS Store that does not accept DHL package drop off. Also, if you are lucky enough to talk to what appears to be the owner or manager (older man), you will have the experience of your life - it's like he really hates his customers. Avoid this place if you can.

Julie or Judy the woman who helped me was very busy helping 2 other people besides myself was super friendly. I was dreading going there because of all the negative reviews. But it turned out to be a quick pleasant stop.
