UPS is incompetent, (ACT 1) last year I had a return from a company, it was shipped UPS so I drove to a UPS store, but they would not accept refused shipments. The next day I went to the UPS terminal, they took the package and I told them I am refusing it. Three days later, UPS brings me the refused package I brought to their terminal. I called UPS now for a pickup. The following day a driver shows up and quickly rings the doorbell and runs off... fortunately I was able to catch him before he drove away. (ACT 2) return to Amazon, Amazon arranged a pickup from UPS, they came with the label, but the package was not ready, the driver would be back the next day... wrong, two days later I call UPS 800# who sent a message to the Augusta terminal to get the package, within minutes I get a call from UPS Augusta that I need to call the UPS 80-0# to schedule a pickup. The next day UPS calls me and said the driver would be out... wrong. the next day the local UPS office (Augusta) calls me to verify the address for their driver... he still did not show. Now it is the end of the week, I get another call from UPS who says I need to pay for a pick up to get the package picked up. Amazon in the mean time issued a new label for UPS to get. I contacted UPS and they verified the driver should be back. Be aware, UPS has a communications issue, use FEDEX

They're very nice and pretty fast. They try to accommodate. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my amazon account and they tried to give me other solutions. They were pretty patient and nice.

Terrible Service. This place is ran like a Zoo! I have been a customer here for about 4 months. My package has already been lost! They are now blaming it on the post office. Rebecca is rude and kept cutting me off when she called me to try and “resolve” the issue. USPS tracking has shown that it was delivered at their facility but somehow they cannot find it. This place is always overcrowded with packages, they are currently at capacity for package drop offs. One time I went up there within business hours and they were closed. Terrible terrible service. PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT get a mailbox or your packages delivered here.

Staff had very poor mask usage. They were clearly trying but were so sloppy. Do not come here if you are not immune to COVID. The lady scanning boxes in the socially distanced line was good, if her mask fell she fixed it. But several staff members straight up just had their masks on their chins. The young woman who came to the door to tell a few more people to come in was straight up shouting in my direction with her mask off, and when I asked her to put on her mask before I got closer, she seemed offended. The inside is almost full of boxes so people in the store are packed together. Most people behind the counter had their noses hanging out.

Dear UPS, You state that you are delivering 24/7 yet my mattress which was projected to be here on the 2nd will not be here until Monday. The tracker said the wrong address (just house number) was listed. I tried to correct it online yesterday (when I found out since no one contacted me) but your website kept giving me an error. I then called your domestic line. The lady was very nice and professional. She changed my address and informed me it would be the next business day. Here it is, the next business day, I get a call from the local UPS (1030 local) informing me they STILL have the wrong address. She inputs the correct address and says she can't guarantee it'll be delivered today. I have a very kind friend who has tried to keep his schedule open to help me move it once it arrives. For the sake of not keeping him on the hook for a "maybe", I ask when they can actually guarantee delivery (thinking it would be tomorrow which is Saturday); she said Monday. I am pretty livid at this point. This has been the absolute worse delivery experience I have ever had (worse than the smashed care package I received overseas). I will be informing the mattress company of how awful this has been along with my social circle and applicable review sites.
