The owner/manager of this UPS store is very good. She is always helpful and around to both facilitate employees and clients.She mentioned that ground will arrive next day too when I asked to ship priority. She also asked if I'd like to go outside to stay with my puppy while they complete my transaction and came outside to ask some final questions. Always a pleasant, 5 star experience here.

Each time I've come to this location I have Rashmi handle my shipments. She does a great job keeping things cost effective and even has given me pricing ahead of time so I know what to expect. Great customer service and she's very personable. If you go here definitely ask for me, she really knows what he's doing.

I’ve lived in Garfield Heights for a while now and their customer service this year has been by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. All employees have bad attitudes, you basically have to help yourself and keep up with the tracking of your packages because if you don’t they will “lose” your packages. It happened to me once in December and currently I had to track down the UPS driver because they’re unprofessional. One driver left a note on my door about a package and didn’t even fill the NOTE out.

I ask where to drop off my packages and the older big lady (You’ll know who I’m talking about) is so rude it’s always a problem with her attitude. UPS needs to fire her. She is destroying the business.
