I was shipping a game console, it's a pretty awkward box, it has strange dimensions. I couldn't find a box to fit it. Guy was real helpful, took my item, boxed it up, wrapped it, taped it, printed the label, adding multiple fragile stickers, all while checking on other customers. He was very delicate with the item the whole time. Made the process extremely easy, glad I went here today.
This UPS store is a delight to drop off shipments at. Charlie, who I believe is the head honcho here, is always on the front lines - I actually don’t think he has taken a day off this holiday season - and despite working clearly long hours and managing a lot, he is always more pleasant, patient, and kind than you’d expect someone... EVERYDAY! The other counter agents are nice too, but he goes above and beyond. He is a true asset to UPS and I hope they know it - he really represents them well and makes me want to ship more of my expedited e-commerce packages with them than I otherwise would.
The last 3 times I went in here in the afternoon customer service was great. The young gentleman who started working here in the last few months (forgot his name!) there is upbeat, polite, and conversational. Makes a normally tedious errand more enjoyable.
Come here all the time to return things and never leave reviews for anything but felt compelled because the 3 men that work there are always the nicest most patient pleasant people ever!!!
Told me they couldn’t help me because they were busy and to keep calling in 5 minute increments until they were ready to help. Would not put me on hold or call me back. Also said he didn’t know if he’d be able to help in 5 minutes but just keep calling?
Had to mail a package to New Zealand which included over the counter medicine. Charlie helped me do this in the nicest and most thorough way. What a pleasure to go there. The staff were friendly, and professional. A big thank you to them.
