Chris and Ricky were my angels today! I refinanced my home in SC and the lawyer did not tell me I needed a notary and 2 witnesses. These guys came through. No wait, had 3 people working in the store. Easy, peasy. The only challenge is that I stopped at a different UPS store prior to this location and the other was packed. I hate to tell everyone that this location never has a wait for fear of it getting crowded! You guys rock!

Beware. I was in the store today and the employee with short reddish-blonde curly hair wasn't wearing a mask. When I asked him why he said "because I'm special." This employee should follow the rules and wear a mask or be let go.

I have used this store quite a few times over the past few years. I shipped five(5) boxes on 6/4/2020. Asking for assistance getting the boxes out of my car meantt with Chris walking away from the car. When entering the store Chris walked into the back of the store and another gentleman took over. I went into the store 6/11/2020 and brought 4 boxes with me and put them on the counter. Again, Chris, looked at the boxes an simply said I needed to move them for him??? really he is taking money for no service. I was rather annoyed and he said he did not have to serve me. I left and took them to USPS. I will not be using this store again. I am also reporting this incident to UPS Corporate.

I would give zero stars if possible. My wife went there today at 4pm. The guy working at the store stood outside and watched my wife struggle with two boxes. As she got near the store, he walked inside and locked the door. He then pointed at a sign indicating the reduced hours. She then had to struggle and take the boxes back to the car. There are plenty of other places to take packages. We’ll be using them in the future.

RUDE RUDE RUDE. i got there at 8:30 AM when the sign says they open. Rich, the rudest employee i have ever encountered, strolls in at 8:35 then proceeds to organize the store for the next 10 minutes as I wait outside to literally hand him a box. I asked why they were not open and ready for business at 8:30 am and let me know I should go somewhere else. So sweet
