I’m so eager to have a local place that gets the job done. My Amazon return process went perfectly, that’s the two stars. I then had an envelope, the large business kind maybe 10x12, to send to someone in the next state. For two-three days delivery, the staff person says, “15.” Feeling very lazy I say ok but I see on the screen a 5 charge for something like “rough rider.” Turns out the 15 was for delivery AND putting it in a box for shipping. Why? UPS doesn’t deliver envelopes, or do envelopes get lost too easily? It was never pointed out or explained. The box charge was just slipped in. Kinda smells to this consumer as a very profitable gimmick. So I walked the envelope to the post office, which charged less than 2 for first-class mail. No box needed.

Friendly helpful staff. Good service. Almost always a line though and parking is a challenge.
Utilized their notary service and the staff was courteous, quick, and very friendly.
They refused to ship anything on business account. Although they state they can't do it they choose not to because they are greedy and don't make any money off business accounts. I recommend the shore drive UPS location which is who told me the backstory or FedEx in Hilltop is also much more accommodating.
I have lost 2 packages shipping out of this store in 2020. One of the package cost me 750 and another cost me 20. I am not sure if I should trust them anymore.
If I could give negative stars on this place for bad customer services I would in a heart beat. He didn’t give the option of 3 or 6 months for a mail boxes. He said you have to paid 6 months when I wanted 3 months and wouldn’t void it. He is trying to get money doesn’t care about the customer. He refused to put his name on the receipt and said he was the owner. With convid and people holding on every dime this guy is worst then the sickness. Please don’t use his service rude. He wasn’t even wearing a mask. This shows how people don’t care and they feel like you have to take bad customer services. I hope people are scare to tell these retail places no more!!!!
Very pleased with the service I receive from entire staff. They also help bring my boxes from the car in to the store when necessary. QUICK IN/QUICK OUT.
I wish every merchant operated like the staff at UPS. Many customers just want to get in/out, drop off a package and be gone asap. I find every staff person ready, willing and able to help you do that, with a smile.
