At first I was like aww man hopefully I don’t get the wrong treatment because I’m from New York and I don’t want to bring my new York Attitude out lol I say this because reading the reviews of ppl talking bout how they was treated when they went for a Amazon return (which was why i went for) long story short I was taken care of quick I had 3 returns no problems! Don’t want to sound disrespectful but PEOPLE! if you expecting a smooth quick and free amazon return make sure you have the QR code! For your items! Amazon even sends you an email letting you know.

Avoid this store if you are doing an Amazon return. I followed the Amazon instructions exactly which stated free packing and shipping, but the store would not honor that. This franchise should be removed from Amazon returns list. I would recommend going to another location if possible.

My experience here has always been good. The staff may not always be smiling but no one has ever been rude to me. They are quick to process my returns as long as I'm ready to give them the codes. You gotta work with them if you want faster service. So many people are complaining. But hello? Covid is still here. They are taking great precautions to make sure the store isn't over flooded. So yes, you may wait on line that stretches down to Publix for 3p minutes, but I appreciate them checking the line and trying to make it move faster by asking people if it's just drop off or if they need receipts or etc. But those that are complaining that they had to wait on line to check their mailbox, um, did you ask? Or did you just wait in line and complain? Whenever I was there they either took the key and handed you the mail or let you in. Overall, thank you so much to you workers for always doing your best and being respectful even if there are some really rude customers.

So to start, I am GRATEFUL that the store is taking precautions against Covid-19, HOWEVER they need to adjust their system for people simply checking their mail. I shouldn’t have to wait in line 20 minutes when I don’t have a transaction. Not cool. I’ll be glad to change my review when I notice they adjust this.

I have had 2 negative experiences in the last couple of weeks. First interaction was with a young lady in the store. She was extremely rude and acted like she didn’t want to work there. Was not helpful and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She had to get another person to help out and was just non attentive to the customer at all. Second interaction was the long wait out front. I’ve seen it like this on numerous visits. I waited out front for 10 minutes with no movement of the line. Watching inside was extremely difficult. There were 5 people behind the counter. There were only 2 working computers so everyone else was just standing there. The people at the computers didn’t have a sense of urgency. A gentleman came out to see if anyone was just dropping off without needing a receipt. That was the extent of communication with the line. Very unprofessional and not focused on the customer experience. They need more computers or a way to handle the amount of customers they are receiving. I recommend finding a different location until they can make this location more friendly and efficient.

Rude staff. Refused to get my return to amazon without paying a fee even so amazon already paid the return and everything. Very disappointed!
