I returned a package for refund and the company said it never arrived. Since it had been a month I had already thrown away my tracking information. I went down to the ups store and they were able to look it up for me quickly and give me a copy of tracking info. They were so helpful it saved me 60.00. Thank you

The staff there is great. I was doing Amazon FBM for a while and these guys made it so easy for me. Also, the notary girl is amazing. She is quick and handles it like a pro. The service is always quick and they are super organized.

Even though I had to wait for my delivery due to the holidays, the young man from UPS store was so pleasant, professional. I wish I had asked his name but I didn’t.
