So helpful! The young man at the counter stopped me from searching endlessly for my Spectrum account number because he knew we just needed the equipment serial number, printed on the modem being returned. Quickly shipped out another personal package for us, too!

I wanted to edit my review as I was turned away with a minute to spare last night but an incredibly kind lady came out and assisted me. Did she have to do that? Absolutely not! That is customer service at its finest!!

My husband dropped off Amazon returns today. One was cookware that was damaged before we received it and there was no way I was going to be able to get it packed like it was when we received it. Amazon said no worries UPS will package it and ship to us. The rude girl at the counter looked at my husband and said you know we are just going to tape it shut and send it right? The other items that needed to be returned did not have boxes as everything was supposed to be repackaged and shipped. I called and spoke to a rude female associate that said we would have to purchase packaging if we wanted them to package it. I explained the Amazon agreement and then she put me on hold and a gentleman came on the line and I explained what I was told by Amazon and what my husband was told as well. He said the same thing about purchasing packaging from them.... no, that's not how this works. Then he backpedaled and said every Amazon return is different. I asked if he could verify how the packages would be returned and he said verify what exactly? I was taken aback at his tone and explained what I wanted again and said his tone was rude. He apologized for me perceiving his tone as rude I will be sure to go out of my way and go to a different UPS Store.

I tried to do an easy, hassle free amazon drop off. The owner, Mr. Thompson refused to accept the packages because they were boxed separately. He directed me to his sales wall to purchase something. I contacted amazon and they assured me this was fine to send separate. I asked Mr. Thompson for a few pieces of packing tape to tape the two boxes together to accommodate the separate packages and again he directed me to his sales wall. Instead of providing customer service he continued to try and push a sale on me that I didn’t need. 1 star.. I’ll drive to the next closest UPS store moving forward.

We keep a box at this location for mail/packages. The standout team member here is Andersen. He always has a great attitude and appears to enjoy helping their customers. We had a rather large shipment with 9 heavy boxes and without asking for assistance- he brought a dolly out of the back and even helped load up the car. Fantastic customer service, Andersen!

Tried to do a return after I did one last week also and the manager Dolores was the lady helping me today and she was awfully rude. I walked up to her and I said I’ve got a return and she said last name and I said “oh the guy from last week didn’t ask me for mine but it is ...” she then proceeded to say “ yes BUT I GET THAT I STILL NEED IT” and raised her voice. I said it to her again then she scanned my phone and flicked the return paper in my face. Ive never been treated so rudely for no reason.

Went there today to drop 4 packages. One package the lady opened it and took the content out and said she will package it inside. They can’t take this box with the label. Which I do not understand this package is worth 250 and putting it in another package was to protect it, and why would she give her self the right to open someone’s package. I’ll never use this store again. Not helpful and rude.

This store is very well managed and extremely knowledgeable. I utilize their mailbox services and I am thoroughly impressed with my consistent quality of customer service and the level of understanding of the staff here. I've noticed that the more experienced customer service staff helps out and guides the newer less experienced staff. They all give off a feeling of genuinely caring and wanting to help. Highly recommend this specific franchise.
