Amazing folks (Kathy & Matt) graciously accepted the challenge of building a custom box to send two draft horse work harnesses to Ramona, CA! Took about an hour, boxes ended up being 43”x 26”x 11” tall. -A new loyal customer of Palmyra UPS Store!

The old grey haired guy in this store is awful. His attitude is terrible, and his service skills are laughable at best. Shipping costs are ludicrous compared to going direct to UPS. I shipped a high-value item with insurance. He made me open a very well sealed package to "verify the declared item was inside".... Never had to do this before. When he re-sealed the box, it looked like a 3yr old taped it up. Awful and careless, zero pride in his work. From now on, I'll drive the extra distance to UPS's Harrisburg Customer Care Center. Avoid this place, unless you like rudeness, atrocious service and frustration.

Just flew in from Charleston, SC and ran into an unforeseen circumstance that required me to overnight some items back to SC. Mr. Scott and Kathy were so kind and helpful. They called local stores to make sure every option was available to me with my situation. There was no doubt that they genuinely cared about helping me. Fantastic customer service! They printed our employee handbook and we messed up a page. They printed the extra page for us and went above and beyond! They did an amazing job with the book overall! Always friendly and kind since the short chubby guy no longer works there, he was always grumpy!

I had a last minute Saturday print need and Kathy was excellent. She printed off my flyers and took the time to make sure they looked correct on the page before printing them all. She did all this right before closing time! I noticed they fingerprint for clearances now and Kathy is a notary! I will definitely be back! Thanks again!

My husband came in on a Saturday morning (10/6) to print off a few copies for a speech. An older gentlemen with long grey hair greeted him quite crabby. When he was finished printing the total was 2. My husband didn’t have cash and pulled out his debit card. The grey haired man preceded to swear at him and get extremely angry over this saying it would cost more I’m fees than it was worth. My husband apologized and told this gentleman he could just give it to him then since it was literally 2 pieces of paper. The man then yelled “sure I will do that and then I’m going to call the police on you!!!” My husband and his friend were speechless at this mans attitude and quickly finished the payment and left as they guy was swearing at them the entire time. If I could give zero stars I would. What a terrible representation for the UPS store in general. We will be calling UPS directly to make a formal complaint as well.
