I can’t give one star because I got the business I needed done completed but, not without feeling some major tension from the gal behind the counter. I got there right when it opened so, it wasn’t because other customers were treating her badly before I got there. She seemed angry and short right from the start. If your wondering how I treated her, I kept my words to a minimum and only asked for my package to be shipped back to Amazon. I didn’t say much else. Customer service was lacking big time for such a small request and I’m sad about that. This location is super close to home but with treatment like I got, I may just travel further. Like I said, I got done what I needed but to me customer service is important. I hate giving low ratings but this was a disappointment.

This is the first time that, surprisingly, I didn't expect my printed work to be ready in less than 25 minutes. I went with my partner to do something else, while I realized that the work they were doing was mine. How much this store has changed. My printed work was perfect! Thank you so much Bonnie.

Not sure if my review posted..so here it is again. I paid 102.39 for a delivery and it was never delivered. I applied for a refund and only received 34.92 back. Upon calling UPS Corporate I was told that this shipment was paid for by This UPS store from one of their accounts, I have my receipt and CC statement that says other wise. Do not bring your services here. You will be ripped off and Sandra will give you so much attitude in the process.

We've used this store for about 1 1/2 years for our printing needs and they were great. About 2 months ago though the service has gone in the toilet and the ladies working the counter are super rude! We submitted a simple 10 page front and back print order, never got an email that it was finished. Checked after 8 days to find it was not processed even though we were charged. After 45 minutes waiting for them to print the pages we cancelled the order and got a refund. I called and spoke with the manager who offered ZERO assistance, just "well try to do better in the future." Recommend going a different route for your printing needs.
