This place is great for shipping! The owner is very knowledgable and hospitable. The girls at the counter are so nice and helpful! They always have a smile on their faces and are very helpful and good at determining the best rates for you, and working with you to ensure you have the best experience possible:)

My company has a UPS account but we normally ship packages, not envelopes. We needed to send an envelope to India today. I called UPS to ask if I could use one of their old envelopes and they told me that it was better not to and that I should get one of their new ones at The UPS Store. The manager actually insisted that we pay 1 for the envelope. These supplies are free to them. They have a nerve asking for payment. Steer clear of this store.

The reviews don’t lie. I’ve had to come to this store 3 times now and I’m beyond upset with the service at this store. The first time I came, the owner couldn’t help us because he was incapable of looking up a tracking number. Then the second time we went back with another code from amazon just to come there and realize the store was closed almost an hour before they were supposed to close. I’ve come to the conclusion that this guy genuinely doesn’t care about people or his job at all.

I have many years doing business with UPS for the most part everything been smoothly but for the first time a UPS store charge me for a return to Amazon what it's supposed to be free to me and the personal was very unkind and didn't help at all

READ THE REVIEWS, BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. I wish I had. My wife brought an Amazon return item to this location, as directed by Amazon. All that was required of the UPS store owner was to pull up the account, print a label and hand to UPS driver. Apparently that was too difficult for him to handle because the item never entered the UPS tracking system, which means it never left his facility. *I worked for UPS for over 20 years, it's not rocket science* My wife called "Jack" the owner 10 days later to let him know our tracking number was still not showing being picked up by UPS at his location. Unfortunately his service skills match his customer skills as the phone call quickly went downhill with Jack calling us liars, calling the situation "bullsh*t" and hanging up on us. Save yourself the aggravation, go someplace else.
