These guys are incredible. They always recognize me when I come in, and greet me with a warm welcome. Ted runs a great shop, and all of his employees are top notch. Since the mail service in Steamboat is basically non-existent these guys are my lifeline to the rest of the world. I can't imagine living in Steamboat without having a mailbox at Ted's shop. Highly recommended!

I came to the UPS store with an emergency. I had 100 lbs. of frozen elk meat that I needed to get shipped home to New York. It was from the elk my daughter had shot on our hunting trip that week. We had planned to check it on our flight but when it was cancelled due to a snow storm we were left high and dry. We were desperate. Not only did the manager of the store help us, he was kind, thoughtful, and went out of the way to insure that our package stayed frozen and arrived intact. His performance was above and beyond the call of duty and something for which we will always be grateful. I cannot thank him, and UPS, enough, and I would like to note that as he bent over backwards to help us he conveyed the message that this was 'no big deal' and nothing more than he would do for any customer. I wish that all businesses were run with this kind of integrity, efficiency, and generosity.

It was rerouted through the postal service. Reed & staff took the time to locate it, and phone me with the exact location of the package! Super convenient, if not too small a space at times. Great staff, if not aloof and chatty amongst themselves when customers present. However, easily overlooked as they have tip top customer service when present and assisting. I like!
