Sabrina went above and beyond in contacting me and helping process a return for misdelivered packages. Sabrina was friendly and responsive even though I live in California and had sent packages to my friend in TX for her birthday. Highly recommend!
Sabrina was amazing. The owner on the other hand was another story. We needed a form notarized and she refused to do it. She had the nerve to say that my son should have thought about it sooner and done it a long time ago!!! Seriously....he was on the quick ship list and left within hours of getting a call and we have no idea when he will be back home. She was extremely rude. For someone who has a place on base you would think they would be a little more understanding, professional and nice to our airmen!!! Do not support this business!

This store is franchised owned. The owner held hostages a package with a unadvertised 5 charge. When I had set this location for store pick up that was offered option when shopping with Newegg. This owner should remove his store from this offered service if he"s going to ransom packages. I will be complaining to corporate. Update package wasn't labeled properly with store assist program and wonderful new employee had a training glitch. Refund issued. All is well. Great news this is the closest store to my home.
Sabrina was wonderful! She took a gift to my little granddaughter and packed it as if it were going to one of her own loved ones. My granddaughter received it today and was thrilled! Thanks Sabrina!
Sabrina is amazing at helping every time I go in there. She makes sure that if I need thing packaged that everything is wrapped and packaged so it won't break or be damaged while it's being shipped. I now go here for sending all my packages.
