The service here is great. With the huge spike in shipping due to COVID, the staff have really stepped up. Being the only UPS store in the area, it's expected for volume to be higher than your normal UPS store. Lots of negative reviews on here that are completely unrelated to this location or it's staff (and out of their control). Keep it up, guys!

I have had to use this location a few times; mostly for returns. My experience has definitely been \hit or miss\ and very inconsistent. The staff is either friendly, professional, and helpful or act like they are only there for a paycheck. It also appears that they suffer from high turnover lately or only employ part timers. Either way ot doesn't say much about how this location is managed.

The staff here does not put mail in boxes daily! Nobody checks the mail! Customers have to go in, knowing they are expecting mail and having to tell staff to go get the mail! It's happened so many times, I even wait a day when I know my pkg has been delivered... and still have to ask where is my mail.... lazy and slow. I am reporting this to the United States Postal Service.
