I agree, they sometimes close early. The newer staff has little customer friendly training. I may start going to another store.

This store has extremely bad management and broke our Christmas presents we sent our kids and we bought extra insurance. Cant call them cuz they dont answer the phone.. And 8 month later we still have no check even though they said it got approved 2 months ago!!! This is what our kids presents looked like when they opened them

They charge for every little thing. Fed ex store does not. The whole process was not user friendly at all. Spent a good hour just trying to figure out how to get a return shipping label printed.

This store screwed me so bad! In particular, Bobbie the manager/owner. I received a damaged item from shipping that I bought online. When the box came it was so damaged it looked like it was dropped multiple times. I started a claim to receive money to purchase a replacement for the part that was broken. The claim took nearly 6 months due to lost files, ignored emails and people being general slackers. This store never picks up the phone by the way. I have probably called this store 60 times with them picking up 5 times. After the claim was settled, they send out the check TO THE WRONG PERSON... to the online seller! Instead of sending me the check, since I started the claim, did all the leg work and have the broken item, they send it to the seller who decides to be super sleazy, keep it and end communications with me. So, the seller essentially got paid twice, 500 by me and almost 400 by Bobbie at the UPS Store. I get the shaft and the broken item. Somehow in their empty minds this makes sense. Do yourself a favor and use United States Postal Service. UPS Stores are individually owned, so it's really up to the owner as to the service you will receive and this store doesn't care. Bobbie should be reaching out to make this right as she knows this is wrong, but instead does nothing.
