Customer service today is very lacking. It is usually ok when I go in depending if I get a snowflake that can't even make eye contact or an actual human being that knows what customer service is. Today there was never eye contact at all. Very cold toward me. BUT HEY.....as an owner that might be what you are looking for toward your customers. There are other store is maricopa that print and scan. I hate to think that business 101 is lost and that we do actually teach customer service still. In this economy you better find a way to get LOYAL customers and not just be convenient.

There's one teenage/possibly early 20s? staff member who has weird control issues. Shes also very rude she has brown hair glasses and is small and white. If they got rid of her i would give 5 stars bc everyone else is great here!

Don't go there for finger printing! Unfortunately the employee's are not trained properly on how to do it. I was denied because it was done improperly!! Just an FYI.

This store refuses to ship anything firearm related! B.S. they deliver guns and gun related items to stores all the time. Never going back to this liberal Democrat run UPS store.
