We came here yesterday at a busy time to ship out two large packages. The gentleman helping us was named Billy and he was so friendly, patient and helpful. I’ve had a nasty experience at the Mansfield UPS location, and refuse to ship important packages via USPS anymore. This will be my new go-to source for shipping. Thank you to Billy and UPS Burleson for the awesome experience! I checked the tracking just now, and both packages have been delivered in less than 24 hours. Awesome service!!! Very happy!

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was emailed a return label and was not able to print it before dropping off the package. It was not one that they could just scan and print but do have an email available that I was able to send it to. That extra service was very convenient and appreciated but a bit pricy at 1.58 for one label, but I can’t complain too much since I had no other real option. They were also dealing with a very difficult and obnoxious women that didn’t understand why a holiday and pandemic would affect overnight shipping but managed to stay polite to her even though she didn’t deserve it.

I just left the store in Burleson. Billy was phenomenal. Help me with all of my 7 of my items. He even helped me find a box that fit. Super, super professional and friendly. Definitely going to be a repeat customer. I am high maintenance and he treated me like I was royalty. Billy is the role model and standard of which all employees should be trained! Great experience.

More than satisfied with the service here. As soon as I walked in, an attendant addressed my needs, she was very helpful and patient. The assistant manager (Ashley) went way above and beyond as well, assisting me with a printing order. I was very impressed with their professionalism, prompt service, and kindness. I highly recommend this location.
