If it had not of been for Autumns complete lack of professionalism, I would’ve rated this location with 5 starts. However, after being talked down to and given the worst possible attitude by this employee I don’t think I will be going back. If a person isn’t willing to be nice and respectful to others, than I don’t think they should have a job in customer service. This store would do well to replace her.

I started off with a really negative review a few days ago because I was frustrated. Mistakes happen but it’s the way it’s handled that makes all the difference. The manager at this location, Thomas, did everything he could to right his employees’ mistakes. Long story short, my package was labeled incorrectly it was sent to the wrong location (twice). Thomas entrusted his employees to do their job correctly and they failed so he stepped in and corrected everything. I still think the employees should be reprimanded (if they haven’t already) so that this does not happen again. They should be focused on their job so that the package gets to the correct intended place! But thank you Thomas for helping me, I know you were super busy last weekend but you still managed to make time for my issue. I have edited my review and I give this location 5 stars, only because of Thomas. Thank you.

EDIT: I JUST HAD TO CONTACT AMAZON BECAUSE THEY NEVER ACTUALLY SCANNED IN MY RETURNED ITEM. Avoid this one like the plague. It's a franchise, which I was told very curtly after questioning why their protocol was so different from everybody else's (by the way, apparently it's 75 cents per page to print, wish I had known that before I started!). I was expected to know exactly what was going on walking in, which was frustrating, because I've never been to a UPS that did things this way. I'll be contacting the owner, and even though I go to UPS about once a week, I will definitely not be going back, even though this is the closest one to both my home and work.
