My first review ever but this experience stings a bit. I spent 350 for a part was that was never shipped and never refunded. After a year of calling and being assured they would look into it, I'm giving up. Ebay and my statements show I was never refunded. They have great stuff. Just be diligent if something goes off track. I'd like to add that I had ordered from these guys a half-dozen times previously. I get they are in the middle of nowhere and lead times may be extensive. In fact, I'm from central KS. I thought it was so cool to be ordering sick parts from back home but I can't justify buying from them again. I've honestly never been moved to place a review before but this has be pretty bummed.

Chad picked up 4 bikes, that he had dealt with my husband over the phone for , many pictures were sent. He took the title to a bike he should have taken, but didn't ( long story) and took a bike that WASN'T supposed to be in the deal. Said he would mail the title back to us.We haven't seen the title yet!

I bought my bike from VS over a year ago. I made it my own and love it. You have to understand that these guys are out in the boonies and they have to deal with that. If you take the time and go out and see the place. See the products you will see that the negative ratings are bunk. If you love old bikes you have to be patient. Parts are hard to find. Good luck Vintage Spoke and Thanks for my bike.
