This has to be the worst themo king in the nation in 6 months I have been here three times for same problems. The shop Manager has 0 customer relations skills. They started with servicing the apu and it didn't get anything fixed only a patch to get me out after a week of waiting. This is the third strike, I'm going anywhere else but here!!!
Horrible! These guys told my company this trailer was ready to go. It's tucked all the way in the back and the lift gate is stuck down. Told them about it right away and the service guy has even looked at me sitting on the yard but no one will come outside and fix this so I can roll. My clock is burning away and I'm on hour two for something that was supposed to take "5 minutes and he'll be out of here "
I got there n they had me out within 1 1/2 hrs I was very please nice people

Had good experience here much better than Thermo King Doraville. The unit runs well after the repair, hope stays that way.
Staff was friendly and courteous. Unit was taken for repair. Fuel pump ended up having to be replaced. 2 days later in MD the unit wouldn't stay running. I later noticed fuel leaking from the unit. I took it to another Thermo King and they said the previous shop (this one), somehow had the fuel line twisted which caused this major leak. I have to say though, the work was done in a timely manner. I just don't know if this is truly the techs error or if it was just something that sometimes happens.
