We are completely satisfied by the service received at Mercedes-Benz of Thousand Oaks on February 22, 2021. The services we requested were replacing the right front tire due to puncture in Tread. We also had four wheel alignment performed. Daniel Bliley, our service advisor was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The process was super smooth and quick. The place was functioning very well in the mid of Covid and the staff there were super helpful. This is a definite 5 Star experience and we will be happy to go back for future services.
