Excellent experience!! The staff was helpful, honest, and professional. They told us about the available inventory and the actual monthly cost. The process was very quick. We discussed everything via phone, text or email. When we had agreed on everything, we went in to sign papers. We were in and out in two hours. Super happy with our Tahoe!!

One headlight wouldn’t work, and it turned out to just be a burnt out connection the size of my thumb. Cost me 208 and the light didn’t need to be changed. I could have gotten the same service result for less than a third the cost with 15 minutes of effort and a trip to the local auto parts store. I was charged 140 for labor despite the fact the job would only take 10 minutes at the most. I also was told they would charge me an extra 180 to even try to diagnose an issue with my USB port. They take advantage of everyday people because enough wealthy people don’t care to be overcharged. It’s not the way to help customers. It’s just a way to help their bottom line.

This is my second time that I’ve brought my truck in for service. Both times there’s been an employee at every desk and both times either they’re conversing with other employees or just staring at their computers not even acknowledging that a customer is standing there waiting to be helped. I’ve had to stand around to be helped! No one apologizes for the wait, nor have you been helped yet! I think it’s rude that no one even says hello as they walk right past you. As a customer whom is also in the customer service business, I feel that anyone you come in contact with or walk by someone, that you should acknowledge them and not act as if you didn’t see them.

Becky service center was absolutely fantastic made my experience of getting my traverse fix hassle free even though I drove 119 miles it was worth the drive there customer service is on key if you need a car or need your car fixed come here art the sales man is awesome and there finance guy Ruben was so helpful and honest didn't try to sale me things I didn't need.Even though it's a far drive when I purchase my next new car I definitely coming back here. Thank u silver star Cadillac...
