My son has been working out with Cody and the team at Tier 1 for the last several years and it has been one of the most important part of his growth- both as an athlete and as a young man. Cody and his team go above and beyond to meet the athletes where they are and to impact them in positive ways so that they can fully live into who they are. Amazing. Awesome. And any other words of praise can be used to describe Tier 1.

Cody and the entire team at Tier 1 are fantastic. My son has been training with them for the past couple years and looks forward to each and every session. They do a great job with strength training, but what really sets the program apart is the environment and connection they make with the athletes - encouraging, supporting and pushing them to be their best.
Tier 1 is extremely impressive. They've got a really special thing going on inside their doors. You cannot miss out.
My son Tyler has been working with Cody and his team at Tier One for over a year. He looks forward to his work outs and I love the fact that the coaches have a good relationship with my son and encourage him to meet his goals.
