2 wks ago we paid for a new stove, today it was to be delivered but they called and it's not on the truck so it'll be 2 more weeks of using the microwave. I'm so upset with Sears that I'd almost rather shop anywhere else. I am bad mouthing Sears to everyone and will continue to until I get my stove. Very bad experience.

Very disappointed in this Sears store. Although I've spent thousands of dollars here recently on a new dishwasher, two garage door openers and rail extension kits they wouldn't return the rail extension kits that first came in the incorrect size. I was more than willing to accept in-store credit and the worker called the manager who wouldn't do it until he was personally present which wouldn't be until Tuesday, while I was there on a Saturday afternoon (and drove out of my way to get there). I was told I could contact the company for some kind of mailing labels to return them on my own. Once upon a time when there was customer service, the store worker in front of you would assist with such things. There aren't many more of these stores left and I guess I understand why they're going bankrupt now. I would have spent that in-store credit and more before leaving today. Instead I left with my merchandise that I don't need, and no need for Sears again either. Very poor business practice.
Some of the workers are a bit off
I bought a freezer from Sears and it Was dysfunctional right out of the Box Sears had amazing customer service and was able to give me a new freezer the next day I appreciate everything that Sears has done for me and I will be returning
