I called for service and they showed up the same day. They ordered the part I needed and had it the next day.
I called yesterday afternoon. I had a gentleman Ray to fix it this morning. I feel good so far. At least my dryer can start working now. If there are no other problems, there is no problem, because charge that price .Recommended.
I am very impressed with the professionalism and competence of Apex. I called on a Monday morning and got SAME DAY SERVICE! It helped that a vent cleaning technician was in the Union County area today, but still, such fast service is impressive. As it turns out, my vent was not only clogged, but out of code compliance. The technician had not planned on replacing a vent in a crawl space when he worked in my appointment, but stayed to complete the entire job. Cleaning the lint out of the dryer helped with the function of the controls, and the dryer is up and running again. The cleaning helped avoid an additional repair visit. I will use Apex again for future vent or appliance repair, and highly recommend them to others.
