Spent 60 for flowers and was charged 25 to get them delivered 6.2 miles not good customer service. A little over kill on charges can't pay your bills overcharging your customers

I first called a different Florist - she didn't deliver to my Mom's address; she highly recommended Skip's. Called Skip's and explained what I needed & what you see in the pic was delivered THE SAME DAY! My Mom swears its one of the best bouquets she's ever received - so much so she called Skip's to thank them for the beautiful arrangement & I agree! Thank You for helping to make her 77th birthday a happy one. And the flowers never drooped - they opened & bloomed & looked gorgeous for almost 2 weeks. Customer Service, Quality, Value & delivered as promised. You've definitely earned 2 loyal customers & many more from seeing this bouquet & the endorsements you'll be getting from us. Thank you!

Staff was arguing with each other and discussing whether or not to pick up the phone as it was ringing while I was at the counter for pick up. I was eventually handed the flowers I ordered and told to “have a nice day,” as they prepared for their next customer. I did the right thing and although they assumed I paid, I had not and made that known. I wanted to do the right thing and give them the 80 for flowers that they were entitled. I did not even receive such thing as a “thank you” after making it known I didn’t yet pay, whereas I’m sure others would have easily chose to walk out and spare their wallet. I’m not looking for a pat on the back but simply acknowledging my honesty in reaction to their error would have been appreciated.
