I have been waiting for 4 days for someone to call and schedule me an appointment to fix my keypad! I have called 4 times now with no luck! I have changed the \low batteries\ 2 times in the keypad and it won't stop beeping! I finally unplugged it and took out the batteries. Horrible customer service!
