My new favorite shop! Yarn is organized by weight and brand, NOT color! Hooray! Finding the same weight and brand of yarn in a different color is important to most fiber artists, something other yarn shop owners don't seem to get. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable about ALL fiber arts. Knitting, crochet, weaving, felting, spinning, cross stitch, rug hooking, latch hook, and hand embroidery supplies are all available. If she doesn't have it, she will gladly let you wander through her catalogs and order it, then ship it to you! Her prices are very reasonable and she carries high quality yarns. I found my favorite silk and wool blend easily and she had far more skeins than at other shops. I went in on a weekday in the middle of a crochet class. The instructor was knowledgeable and patient to her students, and didn't get cross that other people came into shop and talked to the owner. Great place!
