We rented you n sea. Perfect little getaway! House was in a perfect location, so cozy and cute! The furniture inside was very comfortable, everything was clean , had all the things that make you feel at home, books, games, cozy wrap blankets, just perfect! The chairs on the the deck are awesome high top and again so comfortable. The views are beyond amazing! The most beautiful sunrise ! And walk to serenity point to see sunset . Best little beach cottage! Thank you Carolina retreats, topsail realty and you n sea!!!! We had a fabulous time !

The house we rented was lovely but Topsail did not provide sponge or scrubbie so cleaning pots and pans was very difficult. Also, no hair dryer. Every other agency we rent through gives us a Welcome Bag with items to make our stay more comfortable without running out to buy stuff. Topsail provided nothing.

We stayed here for a week in early October. We love the particular house we stayed in for its location and because it allows pets (second stay here.) Topsail is beautiful and we love the company. We love the ease of the reservation site, responsiveness of company, the well stocked house we have stayed in. Really nothing negative, only positives. There were a few bulbs out in some fixtures, and the ice maker was broken, but as none of these were major issues and we had such a great stay, we just sent a little note to property management at the end of our stay. We will be back.

Our vacation was extremely needed! I loved Turtle Cove. This house has amazing sunsets and sunrises with a lot of family time. Topsail Reality was extremely great to me and my family. I appreciate the Memories we all made at this location. I'm sure we will be back. But I do have a little feedback to give.... this house is amazing the only thing I see wrong are the stairs, they are slick and should have some type of runner down them so you can prevent falls but we were very careful... I'm not saying anything negative about this location just a little feedback that's all. See u again....SR
