The whole process at the Torrance location was great. From the knowledgeable sale associate, Anita, who called a few days later after delivery to check that we were satisfied with our purchase and service. To the delivery associates. Delivery was scheduled sooner than expected. Thought Covid-19 would have delayed delivery for 4 weeks but delivery was scheduled within days.The delivery associates were on time, courteous, finished in a timely manner and left no sign of being there.

My old stove gave out, and I needed a new one; the Howards website let me narrow down my choices considerably, and when I called the store to discuss the ones that remained, I spoke with Anita P. She was very helpful, and within minutes I settled on a stove and paid for it, all over the phone. I was able to choose what day I wanted it delivered, and the pair of guys, wearing gloves and masks, came in and quickly pulled my old stove out and set up my new one. They were so fast, it took longer to remove all the protective plastic film than it did to install the actual stove!! I bought a refrigerator from this same Howards several years ago, and got the same excellent service, both from the sales people and the delivery people, and will absolutely go back to them again!
